7 Day Exchange Policy

• We offer a 7-day exchange policy.
• From the day you receive your item, you have 7 days to request an exchange.
• To qualify, all merchandise must be unused, unwashed, and in its original condition with the tags on, sales receipt, and original Hudacreation packaging.
• Please note that even lightly used items will not be eligible for an exchange.

Exchange Process

• Exchanges generally take a few days to coordinate with our delivery partners, so please bear with us.

• We are available Monday to Friday, 9 am to 5 pm.
• If we do not respond immediately, you can call back later or WhatsApp us at +7506058217.
• Claims and exchanges may take up to 3 weeks to be processed, though we will do our best to assist you as quickly as we can.

Damages and Issues

• We do not do refunds unless an item you ordered via credit card goes out of stock or if you have received a damaged article.
• If you find any defects, damages, or receive the wrong item, contact us right away so we can address and resolve the issue.

Non-Exchangeable Items

• Some items are not eligible for exchange.
• All accessories including Hijab Bands, Hijab Magnets, Hijab Pins, and Scrunchies are non-exchangeable.

Exceptions

• Products on promotion or sale are not eligible for exchange.
• In case you purchase an item at its original price and it later goes on sale, you may only exchange the item against the new discounted price.

Refunds

• Refunds are not offered unless an item ordered via credit card is out of stock or if you have received a damaged article.
• In these specific cases, refunds are processed to the original payment method after we have inspected the item and approved the refund.
• Please allow some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.
